All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.

Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees that may apply upon arrival.

Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot support free address modification once the parcel has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us immediately if your package shows abnormal tracking status or arrives damaged. We will review each case individually.
