Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days after you receive the package.
Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in resellable condition. Used, damaged or incomplete items are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Please send an email to contact@micoauraskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.
Return Shipping Cost
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective or wrong item was delivered.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will approve your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions
- Sale promotional items are non-refundable unless defective.
- We do not accept returns caused by improper operation after use.
- Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products, please provide clear photos within 48 hours upon delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund according to the situation.
